He kept pleading for me to drop... I have it equiped and it looks like SH&* on the ground. Works for me but only once has it been attempted on me.

Yep, I got one banned for the same thing. He wanted me to drop my torment shield "for his webpage". I took screenies and opened a support case. He was banned a day later.

I had him on my friends list for a few months but never saw him back online so hopefully it was a perma-ban.

This is actually quite nice. I had quite limited screen shots. I didnt even have one of him coming over to be just of him asking me to drop it and he still got banned. It was actually faster than most of my tickets that i send in usually takes a little longer.
